Innocent
Most players are innocent. Your goal: survive! Run away, hide and figure out who the murderer is.
Sheriff
The Sheriff is the only one with a gun and has to stop the murderer – but be careful not to hit an innocent by accident!
Murderer
The murderer has a knife and secretly tries to take everyone out without getting caught.
How a round works
At the start, roles are handed out secretly. The innocents try to survive and expose the murderer, the Sheriff hunts the murderer, and the murderer wants to stay unnoticed. The round ends when the murderer is caught – or has caught everyone.
Tips for beginners
- As an innocent: keep moving and don’t stand alone in a corner.
- As Sheriff: aim calmly and carefully – a missed shot can cost you the game.
- As the murderer: stay unnoticed and strike when nobody is looking.
- Watch who behaves strangely – it often gives the murderer away.
Is MM2 suitable for kids?
MM2 has colourful cartoon graphics and is fairly mild. With the right settings it’s okay for children. You’ll find all the tips in my parents’ guide.
